Xinyi Solar and Xinyi Energy successfully hosted their 2024 Year-End Review Conference on January 20, 2025. The conference was attended by Mr. LEE Yin Yee, Chairman of the Board of Xinyi Group, accompanied by Mrs. Lee, Mr. TUNG Ching Bor, Vice Chairman of the Board of Xinyi Group, Mr. TUNG Ching Sai, Executive Director and CEO of Xinyi Glass, Mr. LEE Shing Put, CEO of Xinyi Solar and Chairman of the Board of Xinyi Energy, Mr. LEE Yau Ching, Executive Director of Xinyi Solar, Mr. TUNG Fong Ngai, Executive Director and CEO of Xinyi Energy and Mr. LI Man Yin, Executive Director of Xinyi Solar. Additionally, the conference was attended by Mr Lee Shing Kan, Executive Director and Vice President of Xinyi Glass, Mr Wu Yin Ho, Executive Director of Xinyi Energy Storage, Mr Wang Mo Han, CEO of Xinyi Energy Storage, along with other members of the management committees of Xinyi Glass and Xinyi Energy Storage. Over 230 individuals participated in the event, including Assistant Manager level and above of management staff of Xinyi Solar and Xinyi Energy, sales representatives, mid- and senior-level professionals recognized within the group, rehired consultants, and representatives of outstanding employees.

The conference was conducted via video conferencing, with the main venue located at  Shenzhen Industrial Park and sub venues set up in industrial parks in Wuhu, Zhangjiagang, Beihai, Qujing, Malaysia, and several power stations.

During the conference, the heads of each divisions presented their achievements and challenges for 2024 and outlined plans for key initiatives in 2025. Mr. Lee Shing Put, CEO of Xinyi Solar and Mr. Tung Fong Ngai, CEO of Xinyi Energy  provided a summary of the annual work in energy and solar for 2024 and presented their expectations for key tasks in 2025.

Chairman Mr. Lee Yin Yee, on behalf of the Xinyi Group Board, extended sincere greetings and the New Year wishes  to all Xinyi employees and their families, while expressing high hopes and expectations for the development of Xinyi Glass in the coming year. Xinyi Group will remain true to its original aspirations, cherish the country, be grateful to society, embrace change, and forge ahead with determination.

In 2024, the global economy was complex, there was an imbalance in the supply and demand across the entire industry chain. Xinyi Solar responded proactively to these challenges, achieving impressive sales growth through the collective efforts of all employees. The company adapted to market conditions, adjusting strategies promptly, enhancing research and development capabilities, prioritizing customer service, and maintaining differentiation and competitive advantages. In 2025, we will focus on increasing market share, strengthening cost advantages, and producing high-quality products. By leveraging power stations, we will expand strategic partnerships, ensure the safe and efficient operation of power stations, and optimize asset allocation. We will also intensify our intelligent and digital transformation and cultivate new sources of quality productivity. Additionally, we will reinforce service awareness in support departments to empower business growth, while continuing to foster a safe, clean, and fair environment that enables Xinyi personnel to fully realize their potential.

Looking back at 2024, Xinyi Energy always focused on high-quality scale growth, achieved a historic major breakthrough in overseas projects. The company successfully implemented regional, efficient operation and maintenance models, resulting in a significant boost in per capita efficiency. In 2025, Xinyi Energy will continue to optimize its asset portfolio, advancing intelligent operation and maintenance, developing a photovoltaic power generation forecasting system, prioritizing the safety of high-voltage equipment, and strengthen supervision on quality and safety. With an eye on future challenges, we are confident that Xinyi Energy will achieve new milestones by strengthening internal capabilities, maintaining financial stability, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Finally, Chief Advisor Zhang Ming announced the results of the 2024 Excellence Awards. The conference held a grand ceremony to recognize 8 outstanding teams and 32 exceptional individuals who demonstrated dedication and excellence in their work throughout the year. These individuals and teams treated their work as a mission, viewed their responsibilities as an honor, and achieved extraordinary results in their respective roles.
